Q1: Where are you located?

Q2: Where are the preventative products made?

A: Made in China

Q3: Where do you ship from?

A: Ship from Guangzhou, China by ground directly

Q4: How long could we get the products?

A: Probably in 8-22 days, we arrange the shipping for your order within 2 business days, and the delivery time is approx. 6-20 days by ground.


Q5: Why my order has been canceled?

Your location is not included in our shipping area.

Q8: I ordered products by mistake, can I refund?

A: Probably. Please try to get in touch with us within 2 hours after the order applied.

Orders that are already in the process of being shipped cannot be canceled.

Q9: Do you ship worldwide?

A: No, we could ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain for now.


PART 2. Shipping Policy

1. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING TIME:
Model3part provides shipping service for most of the products which will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment received.

Except for any emergencies occur, the average shipping time is 8-22 days.

Shipment is by Express only for now.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING AREA:
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

For now, we could ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.

3. SHIPPING FEE:

Free shipping for customers in our shipping area.


PART 3. Return Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

In order to ship out and dispatch your package ASAP, your order is on the process in our internal system once we receive your order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, it may be possible to be canceled. This also applies to pre-order products. We can't possibly cancel your order if you contact us after 2 hours, please consider before checkout, thanks for your understanding in advance!

Orders that are already in the process of being shipped cannot be canceled.

2. RETURNS

(1) If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 7 days after you received items.
You need to make sure the package in perfect condition and total the same as you received.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Customers will take care of the return shipping cost.

(2) Please advise us upon the reception of your purchase if you wish to exchange an item/s.
If you would like to exchange an item/s (not including items that have been personalized) please email model3part@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to replace it with.
Once we have received your exchange request, we will provide you with an RMA number which you will need to include with the item you are returning.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred exchanging or returning an item are payable by you.
We will refund you once we receive the return products successfully.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached as any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items that are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes that are incurred in the return of a product can not be refunded.
