We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the order was damaged during the shipping process, Tesla model 3 shop can file a damage claim on your behalf within 24 hours of delivery time.
What to do immediately upon receiving your package:
Inspect the box for visible damage at the time of delivery
If there is any damage to the box:
Report damage to the delivery driver and sign damaged
Photograph the outside of the box before opening
Photograph the contents in the box before removing and unpacking
Carefully unpack the items and inspect them for damage within 24 hours
If there is any damage to the contents, please send photos and details to email@example.com within 24 hours and await further instructions
Do not discard the box or any materials until installation has been completed successfully.
Tesla model 3 shop warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the any product in our shop will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth Tesla model 3 shop total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
The warranty period for all products in Tesla model 3 shop is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Tesla model 3 shop will repair or replace (at our option and expense) any Tesla model 3 shop product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, Tesla model 3 shop, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on Tesla model 3 shop product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Tesla model 3 shop warranty does not apply to (i) any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Tesla model 3 shop current product literature, or (ii) any product purchased through an online auction house.
