For all the products, we are FREE SHIPPING

 

Note: Although we carry in-house products that ship from our facility here in U.S., we also have other warehouse located across the U.S. such as UK and CA. Therefore, if you have an order, we will often send you the products from the nearest warehouse to shorten your waiting time, but sometimes in case of out of stock, we will arrange the shipping from other locations, you may receive the products separately.

1. For now, our products can be exported to the following 26 countries in EU: Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

2. The delivery time would be 5-10 days after you receive the automatic shipping reminder email. You don't need to be worried about it when you find the track number is empty, we will add the track number as soon as it's traceable.

3. We also ship to the other country which not included above, but the delivery time would be 10-15 days after you receive the automatic shipping reminder email.

4. We cooperate with Amazon, we will send you an automatic delivery email once we ship the product and will add the tracking number when the shipping information is traceable.

5. A damage claim due to shipping MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The customer agrees to provide full photographic evidence of damage including photos of all boxes and packaging. A new product will be shipped or a refund provided if and only if we determine that the damage was caused during shipped.

6. Because Amazon checks each international order to ensure that all items have been included in the shipping box, any claim that items are missing or have been stolen in transit will NOT be honored and no refunds or replacement will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

☺Yes. Firstly we will send you an automatic shipping reminder email which means your products is on the way, later we will add the tracking number as soon as it's traceable. All the actions are automatic and directly to your email. Never worry about that.
